Cardio Kickboxing
At Quest Fitness Center, we believe that Cardio Kickboxing classes offer the best full body workout to help you transform your body and get in the best shape of your life. Cardio Kickboxing offers a continually changing workout that improves strength, flexibility, coordination, and reflexes.
We now offer a 6 week beginner's program to help you get going. The course includes a set of kickboxing gloves, an EZ jumprope, as well as the opportunity to train 2-3 times per week.
